Telestream offers scheduled customer support services for customers with current maintenance and support agreements. These offerings are delivered via the Web and phone only. Scheduled services are geared toward support after normal business hours. Advanced scheduling is required.
Scheduled Service offerings include:
*Post installation training assistance
*Assistance with major system upgrades (may require internet connection to your server)
*Scheduled system maintenance (may require internet connection to your server)
*Personalized workflow consultion and/or training
